Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
To protect our clients and to ensure the integrity and sanitation of all products we carry, we regret we are unable to accept returns of any products, whether opened or unopened. If a manufacturer's defect is found within 3 days of receiving the product, customers can exchange the product and shipping costs are customer's responsibility for return of the defective equipment and the shipping of the new equipment.
CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancelled orders will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee is in place to cover payment provider transaction fees incurred by the business. This includes all Pre-Orders due to processing fees.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are screened as potentially fraudulent transactions. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel any orders due to incorrect pricing.
