We expedite shipments across the USA.

• Incontinence and Ostomy items are packaged discreetly*
• Estimated processing and handling time is between 2 to 10 business days

Once your order is placed, we will send you an email as soon as your item/items are shipped along with a tracking number for convenient tracking through Canada Post. 

*Ensure your address is typed in properly and in full with a unit number if applicable. All returned shipments due to missing shipping information will require the shipment to be replayed for the reshipping of the medical item. Always confirm your address on the confirmation e-mail that is sent after placing an order.*

Any warranty-related issues with items are honored by the manufacturer and not by Medical Supply Capital. 

If any purchase from our site arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days from delivery to arrange replacement. Boxes may become damaged during transport. No package leaves our warehouse damaged. If items inside the packaging are intact and in good working condition, we are unable to replace the item.

*Items that are heavier than 2.5 lbs are subject to different shipping rates

*Discreet shipping of Incontinence/Ostomy products are either black shrink-wrapped boxes or plain/unmarked boxes.
