Sizing is determined by measuring around the wrist:

• Small 4.75 to 6" (12 to 15 cm)
• Medium 6 to 6.75" (15 to 17 cm)
• Large 6.75 to 7.5" (17 to 19 cm)
• XLarge 7.5 to 8.25" (19 to 21 cm)
